Instance record, accordion Identifiers in Edit mode - reverse the elements Identifier type and Identifier

Overview: The two elements Identifier and Identifier type needs to be switched around.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot Stable, go to the Inventory app
2. Go to any given Instance record, click on the Edit pen in upper right corner
3. Drill down to the Identifier accordion
