Create/edit bound-with item. Edit screens edit modal. Entered data to be cleared when re-opened

Overview: When re-entering the Add bound-with pop up modal, then eventually data from a cancelled attempt to enter data, will be cleared out.

Stories:

1. Story
   • Log into FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin
   • Go to inventory
   • Search for any item record which will be the starting point of a bound-with item association
     • e.g. item record HRID: bwit0005
   • When viewing the record in Edit mode, drill down to the bottom of the record to the accordion: Bound-with and analytics
     • Click the button with the text: Add bound-with and analytics, and the pop-up modal displays.
     • Enter any holdings HRID, and
     • Click Cancel
     • Back in the Edit screen, now again click on the Add button to open the pop-up modal to enter Bound-with and analytics
   • Then the pop up modal will be looking identical with how it was looking the first time (and no data from the previous entered Holdings HRID is present)
