Overview: When a user checks in the item and navigates to "Circulation history" accordion from "Item details" page the information in the "Source" field is missing(name of the user who checked in the item).
Preconditions: The user has check-in permissions and permissions to view item records in Inventory. Has at least one assigned service point.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to "Check in" app and check-in any item.
- Open the "Inventory" app.
- Search for the checked in item in step 1 and open the "Item details" page.
- Navigate to the "Circulation history" accordion.
- Observe "Source" field
Expected Results: "Source" field populated
Actual Results: "Source" field blank
