Inventory. Search options. Add administrative note (Instance, Holdings and Item)

Current situation or problem: As of the Lotus release of FOLIO, and administrative note field has been added to instances, holdings, and items (https://issues.folio.org/browse/UXPROD-2867). Search on Administrative notes to be implemented in all three segments: Instance, Holdings and Item.

1. Story
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin
   • Go to the Inventory app
   • Select the Instance segment
   • When viewing the Instance segment
   • The new search option Administrative notes is displayed after Instance notes (all) and before Subject – see UIIN-850

   • When entering a search in the Instance segment, using the search option Administrative notes,
   • Then the search will be in the Instance administrative notes – (To be reviewed with the MM-SIG)
   • Search query defined in MSEARCH-373

   • When viewing the Holdings segment
   • The new search option Administrative notes is displayed after Holdings notes (all) and before PO line number – see UIIN-851

   • When entering a search in the Holdings segment, using the search option Administrative notes,
   • Then the search will be in the Holdings administrative notes – (To be reviewed with the MM-SIG)
   • Search query defined in MSEARCH-373

   • When viewing the Item segment
   • The new search option Administrative notes is displayed after Item notes (all) and before Circulation notes – see UIIN-852

This is a repeatable field on the record and is not linked to the MARC record for source=MARC instances.
Currently administrative notes can be searched using the 'All' search option.
