Instance. Performance issues when displaying the item list in the 3rd pane when record has 1000+ items associated

Overview: uChicago is experiencing performance issues, and sometimes load of the record through an error message.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to FOLIO Bugfest Kiwi https://bugfest-kiwi.folio.ebsco.com/ as user diku_admin
2. Go to Inventory, search for Instance HRID: in853166

Expected result:
The instance record displays immediately. When unfolding the holdings accordion in the top of the instance record, the list of items displays immediately.

Actual result:
The instance record displays immediately, but when the holdings accordion is unfolding in the top of the instance record, the list of items displays slowly - and sometimes an an error messages is thrown saying:
Aw Snap!
Something went wrong when displaying this web page.
Error code: Out of memory.
When reloading the page, the instance was reloaded and the holdings and items loaded, but unfolding the holdings was slow to respond and an warning message about the system is awaiting resources was dislaying.
