Overview: FOLIO currently allows an item record to be deleted for items that are checked out to a patron.
This issue has been verified in Cornell's production environment, Juniper; hotfix #4.
The bug can not be reproduced in FOLIO Snapshot, or in Bugfest Juniper (https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Cornell's environment
2. Check out any available item to any given user
3. Go to Inventory,
4. View the item, click the "Actions" menu
5. Select deletion
Get a confirmation modal saying, e.g.: Item HRID item000000000002 with barcode A1429864347 is checked out and can not be deleted until checked in again, and item status is 'Available'
The item is being deleted in Cornell's production environment with no Confirmation modal, and this cause loan data to be corrupt.
