Location typeahead broken in edit mode (Holdings | Item)

Overview: Five Colleges and Okanagan have identified a problem with the type ahead functionality in holding and item location fields in edit mode for these records. The issue was surfaced in their test environments for Juniper and replicated in Juniper Bugfest. It has not been replicated on Kiwi Bugfest.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/ 
2. Go to Inventory, and select a record.
3. Open the holdings or item record and select edit.
4. In a location field begin typing a location.

Expected Results:
The type ahead would mark up all locations containing the typed entry.

Actual Results:
I don't get any results found.
