Description
Purpose
When the user search holdings in the Inventory app, we would like to allow the user to save UUIDs of the records that the fulfill the search criteria. The list of the saved UUIDs could be later used in providing the ids in running the export from the Export Manager
Scenario 1:
- Given: the user conducts the holdings search in Inventory app
- When: click the Action Menu
- Then:
- "Save Holdings UUIDs" option is available
- The option is available only on the Search holdings tab
Scenario 2:
- Given: the user conducts the holdings search in Inventory app
- When: click the Action Menu -> Save Holdings UUIDs
- Then: the list of the UUIDs of the holdings fulfilling the search criteria is saved in csv format.
Acceptance Criteria
- "Save Holdings UUIDs" option is available on the Holdings tab only
- File containing the UUIDs in csv format is created (behavior consistent with the current behavior of "Save Instance UUIDs" (option enabled only if there are records fulfilling the search criteria)
- File name contains "SearchHoldingsUUIDs" followed by date/time stamp
- The file contains UUIDs of the records returned by inventory search
