Inventory. Can not filter on tags

Overview: Not possible to filter on tags (Instance, Holdings, Item)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO Snapshot as User Diku_admin
2. Go to Inventory
3. In the Instance segment
4. enter 'bound-with' in the Tags box in the Search and Filter pane

Expected Results:
I can filter on the tag label 'Bound-with', and I get three records tagged with Bound-with

Actual Results:
I can not filter on the tag label 'Bound-with'
