Update heading in Item detailed view. Add second line: Item HRID, and last update date

Purpose: Establish UX consistency across all three record types (instance, holdings, item)

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user Diku_admin
   • Go to the Inventory app
   • Given an instance with associated holdings and item record<preconditions>
   • When viewing the item in detailed view, then the top heading has two lines:
     • 1st line: (UIIN-1311)
     • 2nd line. set in smaller text: [Item HRID][space]•[space]last updated date:[space][date from the metadata component in the item record]
   • Example
     • 1st line: [Item icon] • 10101 • In transit
     • 2nd line: item00000000022 • last updated: 6/30/2021
