Blocking of move of item marked as Bound-with

Purpose: Blocking of move of Item being marked as Bound with.

User story statement(s):
As a cataloger
I'm not supposed to perform move by doing drag and drop move of item being part of a bound-with.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Go to FOLIO Snapshot, as user Diku_Admin,
   • Go to Inventory
   • When an item record is marked as a bound with record
   • Then in the Instance Actions menu following actions are suppressed, and will not display:
     • Move items within an instance
     • Move holdings/items to another instance
