View Source/ Edit and Derive a new MARC bib record: Display MARC Tag 006/00

Background: quickMARC, currently populates MARC tag 006/00 (form of material) value with either the MARC Tag Leader/06 (type of record)

This should not be the case as there are many use cases whereby 006/00 (form of material) differs from Leader/06 (type of record). MARC Tag 006 is used to describe additional material that may be included with the title. For example, the library may purchase the book Twilight which includes an anniversary bonus musical CD. A librarian may use MARC tag 006 to describe the anniversary bonus musical CD.

Requirement:

• Make sure the existing MARC 006/00 displays on View Source, Edit & Derive a MARC bib record
• Edit/Derive record: MARC 006 should have a new box labelled Form. The new box displays first and is read only. NOTE - we do not need to do this requirement if we can do UIQM-101 and MODQM-107 for the Iris hotfix release.
• Also until we support editing 006, we cannot allow a library to add an 006 via quickMARC. We will need to display an error message. NOTE - we do not need to do this requirement if we can do UIQM-101 and MODQM-107 for the Iris hotfix release.

Edit/Derive a record with an existing MARC tag 006/00 field

Acceptance Criteria
Given a MARC bib record has a MARC tag 006
When I view Source
Then the first value that displays on the MARC tag 006 row should be MARC Tag 006/00 form of material code

Given a MARC bib record has a MARC tag 006
When I Edit the record
Then the first box that displays on the MARC tag 006 row should be MARC Tag 006/00 form of material code
AND the box label should Form AND the box should display the code
AND it should be read only

Given a MARC bib record has a MARC tag 006
When I derive a new MARC bib record from that record
Then the first box that displays on the MARC tag 006 row should be MARC Tag 006/00 form of material code
AND the box label should Form AND the box should display the code
AND it should be read only NOTE - we do not need to do this requirement if we can do UIQM-101 and MODQM-107 for the Iris hotfix release.

Given a MARC bib record does not have a MARC tag 006
AND I edit or derive a new MARC bib record
WHEN I add a new MARC Tag and enter 006 in the MARC tag field box
AND I enter information
AND hit Save
Then display an error message [Unable to save record. MARC Tag 006 can only be added through data import. ]
NOTE - we do not need to do this requirement if we can do UIQM-101 and MODQM-107 for the Iris hotfix release.
