      Description

Overview: MO State has identified problem with the type ahead functionality in the Effective Location filtering. The same problem is also found in filtering by the Holdings permanent location in the Holdings and the Item segment.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into FOLIO Snapshot as User Diku_Admin
      2. Go to Inventory, and in the Search and Filter pane - following two segments: Holdings | item
      3. Then filter on Holdings permanent location by typing LIB

      Expected Results:
The type ahead would mark up all locations with 'Lib', e.g. Main Library. The type ahead functionality is expected to behave exactly as in filtering on Formats.

      Actual Results:
I don't get any results found.

      Additional Information:
Filtering on Format is behaving not case sensitive, and is neither left, or right anchored.
