Result list. Clear visual display if record is marked as Suppressed from discovery and Staff suppressed

Current situation or problem: If a record is being marked as both Suppressed from discovery and Staff suppressed, it is not possible to see directly from the result list, but you have to drill in to the instance record and view in detailed view.

Use case(s):
As a staff user with the permission to view records being marked as Suppressed from discovery and Staff suppressed, I want clear visual display to easily identify if the records might be marked as Suppressed from discovery and Staff suppressed.

Stories

1. Story
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin, and go to Inventory
   • Do any search which holds instance being marked as Staff suppressed
   • When viewing the result list
   • Then one 'warning' icon indicates that the instance record is being either marked as suppressed from discovery and/or Staff suppressed
   • The icon is placed to the right of the Resource title (of the instance record)
