Description
Current situation or problem: The UX display of item records being marked as Suppressed from discovery can easily be overlooked, while the current display is too discrete.
Use case(s):
As a user with the permission to view records being marked as Suppressed from discovery, I want clear visual display to easily identify if the item record is marked as Suppressed from discovery.

- Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin, and go to Inventory
- Do any search which holds item records being marked as Suppressed from discovery
- When viewing the item record in detailed view
- Then a warning message banner is populated in the top of the item record (see: https://ux.folio.org/docs/guidelines/language-rules/warning-message-language/)
