Instance record. Clear visual display if record is marked as Staff suppressed (detail view)

Current situation or problem: The UX display of instance records being marked as Staff suppressed can easily be overlooked, while the display is too discrete.

Use case(s):
As a staff user, I want clear visual display to easily identify if the instance record is marked as Staff suppressed.

Stories

1. Story
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin, and go to Inventory
   • Do any search which holds instance records being marked as Staff suppressed
   • When viewing the instance record in detailed view
   • Then a warning message is populated in the top of the instance record
     • in red/orange background
     • display 'warning icon'
     • with the text: Instance is marked Staff suppressed

2. Story
   • When viewing the accordion Administrative data
   • Then the current display "Staff suppress" is changed to
   • display 'warning icon'
   • with the text: Staff suppressed (so add 'ed' to the currently displayed text)
     

Out of scope:
Implementation of permission control of which staff do have have the permission rights to search and view records being marked as Staff suppressed.
