Bugfest. Duplicate of instance with preceding/succeeding title throws an error

Overview: Duplicating an Instance record leads to an error message when a preceding title (or a succeeding title) is linked in the original Instance record.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot, search for ABA journal, go to edit mode, and connect a preceding title by using the Instance look up functionality (just select any given preceding title)
2. Save and close the record.
3. Now choose from the action menu: Duplicate
4. Make some changes but DON'T remove the linked preceding title.
5. Click the button save & close.

Expected result:
The instance record is saved and the preview pane is shown.

Actual result:
An error message is displayed and the instance record is not saved.

Additional Information:
This error is present in FOLIO Bugfest-Honeysuckle, and in FOLIO Snapshot.
This error is present wether the linked title is a preceding title or a succeeding title.
Error is not present in Goldenrod BugFest environment so I have labelled this "regression"
