Allow remote storage locations to be changed to non-remote storage location

Purpose: to allow a user to change an item or holding location from a remote storage location to a non-remote storage location
User story statement(s):

As a <librarian,
I want to change an item or holding location and flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
so that the item or holding is moved to, circulated from, or returned to the correct location

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the item record in Edit
   • When I change the location of an item that has been flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
   • Then a confirmation screen popup shows saying "Are you sure you want to remove this item from remote storage?" with Cancel and Yes as options
2. Scenario:
   • Given I have changed a location in the edit screen of an item record that has been flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
   • When I click Cancel on the confirmation popup
   • Then I am directed back to the edit screen of the item record
3. Scenario:
   • Given I have changed a location in the edit screen of an item record that has been flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
   • When I click Yes on the confirmation popup
   • Then another popup appears stating "To remove this item from remote storage, run an exception report or communicate this directly to your remote storage location. This includes [insert number] of titles."
4. Scenario:
   • Given the holding record in Edit
   • When I change a location that has been flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
   • Then a confirmation screen popup shows saying "Are you sure you want to remove this item from remote storage?" with Cancel and Yes as options
5. Scenario:
   • Given I have changed a location in the edit screen of a holding record that has been flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
   • When I click Cancel on the confirmation popup
   • Then I am directed back to the edit screen of the holding record
6. Scenario:
   • Given I have changed a location in the edit screen of a holding record that has been flagged as remote storage to a non-remote storage location
   • When I click Yes on the confirmation popup
   • Then another popup appears "To remove this holding from remote storage, run an exception report or communicate this directly to your remote storage location. This includes [insert number] of titles."

   • Given an item and a holding record
   • When I move an item in a remote storage location to an to a holding with a non remote storage location
   • Then a confirmation popup appears "Are you sure you want to remove this item from remote storage?" with Cancel and Yes as options
8. Scenario
   • Given I have moved an item from a holding with a location flagged as remote storage to a non-remote location
   • When I click Cancel on the confirmation popup
   • Then I am directed back to the split screen of item and holding records
9. Scenario:
   • Given I have moved an item from a holding with a location flagged as remote storage to a non-remote location
   • When I click Yes on the confirmation popup
   • Then another popup appears "To remove this item from remote storage, run an exception report or communicate this directly to your remote storage location. This includes [insert number] of titles."
