    Description

      Purpose: Add "isxn" search field with normalization and full text index to the Keyword search option (in the instance, holdings, and item segment).

      The "isxn" index is an additional index that combines isbn, invalidIsbn, issn, invalidIssn and linkingIssn fields. The CQL query isxn = "9876543*" is a shortcut for isbn = "9876543*" OR invalidIsbn = "9876543*" OR issn = "9876543*" OR invalidIssn = "9876543*" OR linkingIssn = "9876543*".

        • In the Search and filter pane, the first search option in any of the segments (instance, holdings, items) is Keyword (contributor, title, identifier)
          • the existing dedicated search index (UIIN-564, and UIIN-717) is to be improved with "isxn"
          • the intended usage for isxn: CQL: keyword = "1234-5678" OR isxn = "1234-5678".
