Search by ISSN - enhance search to include also Invalid ISSN and Linking ISSN

Overview: When searching by ISSN, FOLIO allows for search across following resource identifiers with ISSN data: ISSN, Invalid ISSN and Linking ISSN. ISSN har always enteres using following syntax XXXX-XXXX

Requirements from the MM-SIG:

1. search across following data in the instance record:
   • Resource identifier type: Invalid ISSN
   • Resource identifier type: ISSN
   • Resource identifier type: Linking ISSN
2. search on ISSN numbers
   • with syntax: XXXX-XXXX

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/, go to Inventory, Search & filter pane, and select any of the three segments (Instance, Holdings, Item - UIIN-758)
   • When a user wants to search on ISSN then following search options are in focus of this story:
