Overview: Implement Instance source as reference records by using the standard Settings component.
CW: The source element in the instance record is already implemented. The values FOLIO and MARC are hardcoded, and the element itself is a plain string element. This implementation will need to be reworked having the instance source values to be defined in a configurable settings page. Back-end work is needed for implementation of this breaking change.

In Inventory the libraries can choose whether to maintain bibliographic records directly in Inventory, or choose to maintain the bibliographic record in MARC Format (using quickMARC, with the source of truth record stored in SRS), or maybe maintain the bibliographic record outside of FOLIO in the Union Catalogue, e.g. as Chalmers do in Libris, and GBV do in CBS. The instance sources will control this edit behavior.
