Searching for suppressed in discovery is slow

Overview: Searching for instances that are suppressed from discovery is slow (approximately 2 minutes)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into BugFest environment
2. Go to Inventory App
3. Select Yes option in Suppress from Discovery filter option

Expected Results: Search results appear within a few seconds

Actual Results: Search takes approximately 2 minutes

Additional Information: There is no database index for this property (because we had a policy of not adding them until needed, I think that should change to any property that is used in the reference UI search has an index)
