Bugfest: Inventory. Instance segment. Filtering on Format fails when combining with e.g. Keyword search

Overview: Filtering on Format, does not respond. The issue can be reproduced in FOLIO Snapshot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO BugFest go to Inventory
2. Select the Instance segment
3. Do a Keyword search (title, contributor, identifier): "cocoa"
4. When filtering using Format for "Video – other"

Expected Result:
The search Keyword search (title, contributor, identifier): "cocoa" is to be narrowed down by all instances with the Format: "Video – other"

Actual Result:
In my test (3/27) the combined search filtering by format, does not respond, and my search gets not to be narrow down. I keep get: 233 records found

Other observations:
I can do filtering on Formats, e.g. filter on "Video – other" results in: More than 10,000 records found
