Preceding and Succeeding titles. Make the Connected label less prominent (edit view)

Overview: Carry over work from the implementation of Preceding and Succeeding titles.

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Inventory
2. Search for ABA Journal
3. When viewing the instance record in edit mode, and drill down to the Title accordion
4. Given I have data in the Preceding or Succeeding titles

Expected result:
Then when viewing the edit page, then the Connected label is less prominent, than the Title label. The display should not be in 'bold'

Actual result:
The Connected label is just as prominent as the Title element is.
