Instance. Remove The New button

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Inventory
   • When viewing the landing page,
   • Then the "New" button to the far right is deprecated
     
2. Scenario
   • Do any search on any given instances
   • When viewing the search result then the Action button will include a “plus” icon which direct you to the New instance edit page
