Define From field name and Path and allow Custom path option

User story statement(s):

As a system administrator,
I want to be able to access the details I need to setup the GOBI integration
so that I don't need to contact FOLIO support to setup or adjust my GOBI integration

Scenarios:

1. Edit From field name:
   • Given user has selected a configuration file from the list
   • When full screen form is shown
   • Then "From field" is a select list
2. From field name list
   • Given user is editing configuration file
   • When clicking "From field"
   • Then user can choose from the following fields

     • Name	from path:

   • Given user is editing configuration file

   • Then path is populated

   • Then path field becomes a text input
