Allow user to edit mappings

User story statement(s):

As a system administrator,
I want to be able to access the details I need to setup the GOBI integration
so that I don't need to contact FOLIO support to setup or adjust my GOBI integration

Scenarios:

1. Edit configuration file:
   • Given user selected a file from the list
   • When view is displayed
   • Then action menu includes the following options
     • Edit
     • Restore default configuration
2. Save file mapping:  
   • Given clicked edit in action menu
   • When edit form is displayed
   • AND user has made one or more edits
   • Then save button becomes active
3. Cancel file mapping:
   • Given clicked edit in action menu
   • When edit form is displayed
   • Then cancel button is active
   • AND clicking cancel will dismiss the edit form
4. Edit configuration file data source values: (Split to UIGS-8)
   • Given user is editing a field
   • When user clicks From field name
   • Then user can select a value from the select list
     • AND list displays all potential mappings that are not currently assigned to other FOLIO Fields
5. Edit config file default values, string:
   • Given user selected a data source with a translation
   • When user clicks Default input
   • Then user can input a string value
6. Edit config file default values, text input:
   • Given user selected a data source with NO translation
   • When user clicks Default input
   • Then user can input a string value
7. Edit configuration file translator values:
   • Given user is editing a field with more than one translation
   • When user clicks Translation
   • Then user can select a value from the select list
     • AND list displays all potential translation methods
8. Edit configuration file translate default:
   • Given user is editing a field set
   • When user clicks Translate default
   • Then user can toggle between true or false for this value
