Acceptance criteria:
Given the user has searched for a Fiscal Year
When selecting a Fiscal Year from the list
Then the details include Allocated, Unavailable and Available
AND these are calculated based on all its associated Ledgers/Groups/Funds per Andrei, cannot check this portion until after UIF-102 is implemented
Given the user has searched for a Fiscal Year
When selecting a Fiscal Year from the list
Then the user can see an accordion with the ledger/groups/funds associated with this Fiscal Year
AND what is Allocated, Unavailable and Available for the current fiscal year budget per Andrei, cannot check this portion until after UIF-102 is implemented
