Delete Group records

Purpose: delete fund groups from folio that aren't being used

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user navigated to Group in Finance app
When clicking "delete" in the caret menu of the view pane
IF it is not currently linked to any Fund records
Then the record is removed

Given the user is trying to delete a Group Not sure there is a way to test this yet, since I can't connect funds to groups yet; see UIF-98; moving this scenario to that story, so that it can be tested once that story is done.
When clicking the caret menu in the view pane
IF it IS currently linked to any fund records
Then the "delete" button is disabled
AND a message is displayed in brackets:
"This group cannot be removed as it is currently linked to one or more Funds"
