Purpose: Show summary information for this grouping of Funds
Acceptance criteria:
Given the user has searched for a Group
When selecting a Group from the list
Then the user can see the group details

Code
Current fiscal year
Status
Description
Given the user has search for a Group
When selecting a Group from the list
Then the details include Allocated, Unavailable and Available
AND these are calculated based on all its associated funds and the current fiscal year can't calculate summaries yet because can't add funds to groups yet
AND only "active" budgets that meet that criteria
AND if there isn't one the display as zeros
NOTE: Added story UIF-107 to cover the allocated/unavailable/available summary info, based on the funds attached to the group
