Display group info on ledger record view pane

Overview: Ledgers contain funds and those funds are associated with groups. When looking at a given ledger the user should see what amounts are allocated, available and unavailable for each fund and each group associated with funds that are associated with these funds.

Acceptance criteria:
Given user is navigated to ledgers
When viewing a ledger record
Then user can see a list of all groups associated with Funds that are associated with this ledger
AND associated totals for those Funds (allocated, available and unavailable)
