Allow user to remove Fund from Fund group

Purpose:

Managing Fund group assignments is very slow and can only be done from the fund. This will make it much faster and easier to manage groups

User story statement(s):

As a user managing budgets,
I want to be able to assign many Funds to a group at one time
so that I can quickly create and manage Fund groupings

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user has created Funds and groups
   • When viewing a group
   • Then in "Fund" accordion each row has an "X" at the end
2. Scenario:
   • Given user is viewing a group
   • When clicking an "X" in the "Fund" accordion
   • Then the associated Fund is removed from the group
