Users having difficulty finding fiscal years as they don't know what to search

    Description

      Overview: Users are having trouble finding fiscal years in testing because they do not know/remember the names or codes of fiscal years. There is no filter that will allow user to retrieve all fiscal years so in this case they should be shown by default.

      Scenario:

      1. Scenario
        • Given user has clicked on the Finance app
        • When selecting the Fiscal year search tab
        • Then all fiscal years display by default
      2. Scenario
        • Given user has clicked on the Finance app
        • When selecting the Fiscal year search tab
        • Then user can filter by fiscal year series
        • AND the filter component used is a filterable select list
