Overview: improve the user experience for navigating the results list

For an app that wants to

• Replace infinite scroll
• Replace Load more
• Resume scroll position after edit

Then the following must be implemented

Given I am viewing an MCL with more than 100 items
Then display Next and Previous pagination

Given I am viewing a MCL with less than 100 item
Then Next and Previous pagination should display as

If I click on Prev or Next Then focus shifts to first result on page (Note: this requirement should be automatic with implementation. It should not require additional development)
