Add fund code as an option for allocation/transfer

Purpose: Currently, when a staff member allocates to a fund or transfers to/from a fund, they needs to enter the fund name. For libraries with hundreds of similarly named funds, or those that use fund code more than name, it would be a great enhancement to be able to search by fund code in the allocation/transfer modal.

User story statement(s):

As a staff member working in finance,
I want to be able to search by fund code
so that I can more quickly and accurately allocate/transfer funds to the approriate budget. 

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user is Allocating or transferring money between Funds
   • When the appropriate modal is displayed
   • Then the select list(s) for Fund include both name and code as they do when selecting a Fund distribution on order or invoice
