Description
Purpose: User have found the current allocation modal to be confusing and counter intuitive.
User story statement(s):
As a librarian managing financial structures,
I want adjusting allocation to require as little thought as possible
so that i can avoid making mistakes and needing to create more transactions to reverse those mistakes
Scenarios:
- Scenario:
- Given user is viewing a budget
- When clicking the actions menu
- Then user can choose Increase allocation
- Scenario:
- Given user has clicked increase allocation
- When increase allocation modal appears
- Then user does not need to select any Funds (Fund select is inactive)
- AND user can simply add the desired amount, tags and description and click confirm
- AND an allocation will be made "To" that budget for the desired amount
- Scenario:
- Given user is viewing a budget
- When clicking the actions menu
- Then user can choose Decrease allocation
- Scenario:
- Given user has licked Decrease allocation
- When increase allocation modal appears
- Then user does not need to select any Funds (Fund select is inactive)
- AND user can simply add the desired amount, tags and description and click confirm
- AND an allocation will be made "From" that budget for the desired amount
- Scenario:
- Given user is viewing a budget
- When clicking the actions menu
- Then user can choose Move allocation
- Scenario:
- Given user has licked Move allocation
- When increase allocation modal appears
- Then user can select 2 Funds between which they would like to move the desired amount
- AND an allocation will be made "From" one budget "To" the next for the desired amount
