Update transaction view

Overview: Having more detail about transactions will help clarify what is happening in a budget

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user clicked "View transactions"
When selecting an encumbrance transaction from the result list
Then user can see the following information in addition to what already appears:

• Awaiting Payment (amountAwaitingPayment)
• Initial Encumbrance (initialAmountEncumbered)
• Expended (amountExpended)
• Status (status, encumbrance only)
