Search option “All” for ledger does not include Code

Referring to test case T11319 Test the search and filter options for ledgers

The Search option “All” does not include the Code field. Wording is misleading.

*Expected Results: When named “All” I would expect a search over all fields.
*Actual Results: “All” does not include the Code field.

There are two options for the search option in the Finance App (fiscal year/ledger/group/fund): rename “All” to Keyword/some other word or include the Code field in the “All” search
