    Description

      Purpose: Show budget totals for the ledgers associated group(s) for the current fiscal year.

      Acceptance criteria:
      Given the user is viewing a ledger
      When expanding the group accordion
      Then system displays what is Allocated, Unavailable and Available, based on related funds and their budgets for the fiscal year
