Navigation between the finance record types in search/filter pane does not work

Overview: Navigation between the 4 types of finance records is not working properly

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot or folio-testing as diku_admin
2. Go to Finances App
3. Click through the 4 finance record types in the Search/Filter pane (Fiscal Year, Ledger, Group, Fund)
4. Watch to see if the proper sample data is displayed

Expected Results: I should change from one set of sample data to another, depending on which record type I select

Actual Results: Once I navigate away from any of the record types, I only see results for the Group record type, and can't get back to the Ledger, FY, or Fund results.
