Description
For some UDPs, users will not use the harvesting service, but only upload reports manually, because the provider do not support COUNTER and/or SUSHI or for other reasons. Those UDPs will be created with harvesting status = inactive.
Currently, the users will still have to fill in the following required fields:
- Harvest statistics via
- Report release
- Requested report
- Harvesting start
- Customer ID
None of those fields should be required if harvesting status=inactive, because in cases like the one descibed above, a user will not have this information.
