Non-counter upload: store link instead of file

Users would like to be able to not upload a non-counter file directly to the system, but store a link to an external storage instead (file system, FTP or cloud, e.g. Box).

Example use case:
I want to keep my non-counter files in the usual place in a cloud storage, but still make use of the report management functionalities FOLIO offers.

Solution:

• The non-counter upload dialog offers not only the file upload, but also an input field for URLs to external data storages.
• One of those is required, either file or Link.
• The Link is shown in the info dialog
