I want to know how usage is calculated
So that I can make informed decision on whether to renew the package

Package Requirement

• When user clicks on info icon then display the following message: Total usage is the sum of the selected titles' COUNTER <<Usage data metric selection>> for a selected year and platform(s).
• Usage data metric can be Unique Item Requests OR Total Item Requests

Resource Requirement

• When user clicks on info icon then display the following message: Total usage is the sum of the title's COUNTER <<Usage data metric selection>> for a selected year and platform(s) selected.
• Usage data metric can be Unique Item Requests OR Total Item Request
