Ability to unlink an agreement from package/resource

As a librarian
I want to unassign an agreement from a package/resource
So that I do not have to go to an agreement to take the same action

Requirements

• Apply to package and resource record's Agreement Accordion
• If a user attaches an agreement to a package or resource record then display a [trash can icon] in the very last column
• If user clicks the [trash can icon] then unassign the agreement from the resource/package
• Update the table column widths to ensure that a horizontal scrollbar displays
• Please review user story and comments on ERM-674
• WE are not deleting Agreement record. We are only removing the relationship or link between the Agreement and package/resource.
• Show tooltip [Unlink agreement from this record.]

Acceptance criteria

Given I am on a package record
When I attach an agreement to a package
Then the Agreement row should display a [trash can icon] that allows me to remove the package as an Agreement line from the Agreement record.

Given I am on a resource record
When I attach an agreement to a resource
Then the Agreement row should display a [trash can icon] that allows me to remove the package as an Agreement line from the Agreement record.

Given I am on a package record that is attached to an agreement(s)
When I click on the [trash can icon]
Then remove the package as an Agreement line from the Agreement record
AND this update should be reflected on the eholdings package record

Given I am on a resource record that is attached to an agreement(s)
When I click on the [trash can icon]
Then remove the resource as an Agreement line from the Agreement record
AND this update should be reflected on the eholdings resource record
