eHoldings > Search > Filter by Access Status Types sends query parameters in incorrect format

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to eHoldings
      2. Open Packages search
      3. Enable filtering by Access Status Types
      4. Open devtools
      5. Select two or more Access Status Types in Multiselect dropdown
      6. Observe search requests

      Expected Results: requests are sending Access Status Types in following format: ?q=&filter[access-type]=DT%20type&filter[access-type]=CTrial
      Actual Results: requests are sending Access Status Types in following format: ?q=&filter[access-type]=DT%20type%2CTrial
      Additional Information: Should also verify searching in Titles and Package Show page
