Description
As a FOLIO System Admin that manages multiple EBSCO KBs in one tenant
I must assign a user to one EBSCO KB credentials
So that the user gets to access to the eholdings s/he manage
General Requirements
- If multiple EBSCO KBs have been configured and a user has not been assigned to a set of EBSCO KB credentials then s/he will not get access to the eHoldings app regardless of assigned eholdings permissions.
- eholdings app access denied message needs to display in this case.
- Message to display: Unable to grant access to the eholdings app. Please contact your FOLIO system administrator to grant access.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I have created multiple EBSCO KB credentials
AND a user has not been assigned a set of EBSCO KB credentials
AND Although s/he has eholdings permissions
When s/he goes to the eholdings app
Then display "Unable to grant access to the eholdings app. Please contact your FOLIO system administrator to grant access."
Given I have created multiple EBSCO KB credentials
AND a user has been assigned a set of EBSCO KB credentials
When s/he has not been assigned eholdings app permissions
Then s/he should not see the eholdings app on the universal header or have any access to eholdings since no permissions were assigned
Given a user has not been assigned to a set of EBSCO KB credentials
When s/he has not been assigned any eholdings permissions
Then s/he should not see the eholdings app on the universal header or have any access to eholdings since no permissions were assigned
