Here are the issues

When you add a package to the holdings > Then edit the package > The Proxy selection is set to None but it should be set to Inherited - value unless the Inherited value = None.

When you add a package to the holdings > Then edit the package > Then change any other setting > You do not get the Unsaved Changes modal > It is only when I hit Edit again and make the change again that the Unsaved Changes modal appears

In addition when I go to an unselected title+package record and then add the title + package to holdings, I have to click the "X" twice to go to the next page
