Provider Results UI updates

Make the following UI updates to Provider results list to align with how Package Results displays selection status and total number - https://drive.google.com/file/d/153_rZyIrFYurLJh8Z4vqkdyGCEguPYkn/view?usp=sharing

• Make font and text size updates
• Replace <<number of packages count>> / <<total number of packages count>> with the following
  • If any package has been selected then display = Selected icon Selected: <<number of packages selected>> and Total packages: <<number of total packages tied to provider>>
  • If no package has been selected then display = Not Selected icon and Not selected and Total packages: <<number of total packages tied to provider>>
