Description
When to display the Access status type field
Only display Access status type field if an access status type has been setup in Settings
On the Create and Edit Custom package page display a new field labelled: Access status type
- Field is not required
- Field is a single select dropdown
- Default value is null - UI will display "Select an access status type"
- Field displays below Content type
On the Edit Selected package display a Access status type field (only applies to Managed)
- Field is not required
- Field is a single select dropdown
- Default value is null - display [Select an access status type]
- Display the field after Proxy field under the Package settings accordion
On the View Selected package display a Access status type field (applies to Managed and Custom Package)
- after Proxy field under the Package settings accordion
- IF no value has been set then display a dash and offscreen text should read 'No value set.'
Acceptance Criteria
Given an access status type has been setup in Settings
When I Edit a selected package
Then display the field Access Status Type field below the Proxy field
AND I should be able to select an access status type
Given an access status type has been setup in Settings
When I view a selected package
Then display the field Access Status Type field below the Proxy field
Given I am viewing a selected package
AND an access status type has been setup in Settings
When no value has been set then display a dash and offscreen text should read 'No value set'
Given I am viewing a selected package
When [Trial] has been selected as the access status type
Then Trial should display
Given I assigned the access status type [Trial] to a custom package
When I remove the package from my holdings
Then access status type should be set to default = null
Given I assigned the access status type [Trial] to a managed package
When I remove the package from my holdings
Then access status type should be set to default = null
Given I have created an access status type in Settings
When I click 'New' to create a new custom package
Then the Access status type field displays below the Content type field
Given I have created an access status type in Settings
When I click 'Edit' to a custom package
Then the Access status type field displays below the Content type field
