eHoldings App: Refactor Settings route to use Panes from stripes-components

    Description

      Currently eHoldings app uses it's custom implementation of settings route component and settings details components.
      Settings detail view components also use eHoldings custom Panels.
      The purpose of this story is to use standard FOLIO Panels.
